They make you feel home and unique. The game drive is excellent, we were with Kenny, we saw giraffes, elephants, zebras, cheetah and lions !!!!! We saw many colorful birds and animals, we learned many things about them, a very interesting and amazing experience !!! What a wonderful place to enjoy the wild side of South Africa !” –tribu_amiet

“Spent 4 nights at Thakadu with my wife. Tents lovely and spacious, overlooking the river. Nice and peaceful. Deck with pool has a great view of the bush. Lunch time beers a treat. Game viewing was brilliant. Saw everything there is to see. Superb cheetah, lion, wild dog and rhino (black&white) sightings, amongst others. Having been to Kruger & other reserves many times, Madikwe is right up there in terms of game viewing. Our guide, Patience, was exceptional. Knew the reserve and its animals, fauna, flora backwards. Even her astronomy wasn’t half bad. Will definitely be back. Staff all very nice.” –Steve F
